Sutorichat is an interactive entertainment app. Characters and stories are fictional, and their replies are generated by artificial intelligence. Responses may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or offensive, and do not represent the views of Sutorichat. AI output is not professional advice of any kind, including medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Do not rely on it as fact.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create, request, or share content that sexualizes minors or depicts child sexual abuse material. This is strictly prohibited and will be reported.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm others, or impersonate real people without consent.
• Generate content that is unlawful, promotes violence, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

• The Service offers optional in-app purchases, including consumable coin packs and an auto-renewable VIP subscription, sold through the Apple App Store.
• Coins are a virtual item with no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-transferable.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Purchases are generally final. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies, except where a refund is required by law.

The Service, including its software, design, and original content, is owned by Sutorichat and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain rights to content you create, and you grant us a license to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sutorichat will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 50 US dollars.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
